Elmasry foundation for community service is a national Egyptian organization which seeks no profit. It was established under the sponsorship of the ministry of investment, and the support of public work sector in addition to civilized social organization. It is registered in the ministry of social solidarity number (7504) of the year 2008 according to the national organization and foundation number (84) of the year 2002. It aims at improving life level and building social capital in poor societies in Egypt which will achieve social justice and peace.

Enhancing the initiatives of social responsibilities for public and private work sector, by combining efforts with different civilized social organizations, and building bridges of confidence and participation with citizens to achieve the comprehensive continuous development in Egypt.

Respecting citizens' equality in rights, and no discrimination, in addition to enhancing the values of social participation and practicing democracy by using individuals and organization, the values of citizenship and patriotism, and bounding to human and religious values which assure the achievement of peace, justice and defending the rights of the coming generations.

• Establishing centers and programs for training of the technical works and administrative works.
• Executing healthy programs for immunity and medical care and establishing specialized medical centers.
• Presenting social care throughout programs of comprehensive development for family, woman and the child.
• Supporting educational process at schools, universities and caring for intelligent students to complete their academic studies inside and outside Egypt..
• Establishing projects to find works for the unemployed and a financial and technical support to the small projects which are executed by citizens.
• Enhancing the social role for the foundations which seek profit and also businessmen to do direct services to local societies and the workers, and their families in the frame of practices responsible socially to achieve the continuous development.
• Participating and supporting the projects and programs of local development which are executed by national organizations and assemblies, in addition to youth centers throughout co-operatives protocols and participated finance..
• Environmental development, planting trees and developing public infra structure.
• Caring for the outstanding people in sport, art, literature and social works to complete their life of giving and to deepen national patriotism.
• Organizing programs and training activities for modern administrative methods and technological development..
• Sending and receiving delegates with friendly countries to enhance cultural social relation and to participate experience and to make the full use of the distinctive throughout and ideas..
• Providing financial and material support in different occasions and in cases of disasters and crisis, in addition to the need of individuals and organizations which seek no profit..
• Establishing lectures and conference and also local, international and national conference to raise the abilities in all fields..
• Issuing magazines, newspapers and continuous news which the activities of the foundation and raise the sense of understanding between people to different cultures..
• Caring for the disables and mixing them with society and providing them with ways of adaptation to them and their families..
