Criteria of reinforcing scholarship Financed by "Elmasry" foundation for community service:
	General rules:
	The establishment finance to scholarships annually to obtain the master degree from highly classified Asian, European and American university. The establishment can finance annually only one scholar ship to obtain PHD degree from an eminent university, and in a needed speciality, that's for just one "calender" year, and the following years in "PHD" will be checked separately without any obligation about the establishment. The establishment focuses on the scholarships of the human studies which are related directly to the development such as the various specialties in business administration, economic development, social development and the legal affairs. The establishment announces the applications of the scholarships for the next year in the 1st of August and that's just for 3 months ending in 31 of October, any applications after the later date will be refused. The committee of scholarships in the establishment consists of special committee in the several financed fields, these committees make the technical and personal evaluation independently, provided that one member. The establishment's provisory council must be in the evaluation committee
	Obligations of the establishment:
	The upload time limit to obtain master degree is not more than 18 months. The establishment pay, the educational costs to the university directly according to official letter from the university, provided that costs upload limit will be no more than 30 thousands dollars for obtaining master or PHD degree for only one year.). Elmasry establishment pays the student a salary no more than 1500 $, the student must have account in an Egyptian bank and must inform the establishment about his account number on which his salary will be sent . The establishment pays the travel costs "flight tickets", once along the mission's duration going-return "tourist-class".
	Required documents:
	A Recent C.V Application model for joining scholarship. 4 personal photos 5 x 5 Copy of a working ID "national number" or copy of a working passport A copy of the most recent graduation certificate in addition to any other education certificates. Acceptance letter from the foreign university, in which the student applied to get the scholarship. A copy of the certificate of the military service recommendation letters from university stuff or exports working in the field of the study Official document asserts the acceptance of working authority of the student. Results of the language exams by which the student will study. . In case there was any other authority reinforcing the student at any percentage of the cost of the study, the establishment must be informed formally by these authorities . Acknowledgment from the envoy asserts his obligation to give a formal report from his supervisor in the university within month after ending every semester Also his obligation to pay the rest of the study cost if his level lowered than B – without any responsibility of the establishment. 	the scholarship Conditions of continuing finance the scholarship
	The envoy acknowledgment that he doesn’t take any salary or any financial support from any other authority as long as the duration of his scholarship. The foundation stipulate the agreement between the envoy and his job authority - "if there was" – according to which he will return to his job for a period not less than two years as soon as her returns home, unless his job authority required longer period. If the envoy didn’t respect all these criteria he must pay back all the costs which where spent for the scholarship within 3 months other wise the foundation will take all the statutory producers against him.
	Terms of application to the scholarship are general terms for the applicants considering that the council of provisory in the foundation has the right to edit these terms according to the majority of votes
	The terms The applicant must be Egyptian The applicant must have the bachelor degree or what's equivalent at least. The applicant must have the master degree "from an Eminent University" if he is applied to the PHD scholarship. The applicant must have practical experience not less than 3 years of master degree, and 5 years for PHD degree. Proficiency of English and passing the language decided exams, is a must. The applicant must be not required for the military service "males".
